Session Structure & Approach
Sessions are offered in 30-, 45-, and 60-minute formats and may be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly based on your needs and goals. I provide therapy via secure telehealth throughout Maryland and offer in-person therapy at 1 W Church Street in downtown Frederick, MD. My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, EMDR therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and other evidence-informed modalities to support meaningful, lasting change.
